Region Västerbotten is looking for a technically skilled and socially adept support technician to provide first-line IT support. The role involves troubleshooting, software installation, and order handling to support healthcare IT systems across Västerbotten, contributing directly to efficient and quality care delivery.
Main requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone and ticket systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
  • Install applications and software.
  • Handle IT-related orders.
  • Be available for on-call duties (standby).
  • Adapt to changing primary tasks as needed.
