Main requirements:
  • Technical education or post-secondary KY/YH education in IT or equivalent service desk experience

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming support tickets via case management system, phone, and email
  • Resolve technical problems and provide support to customers
  • Prioritize and escalate tickets as necessary
  • Document actions taken and perform follow-ups to ensure proper resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and efficient use of case management tools
