Senior/Lead Backend Engineer

Seeking a technically curious backend developer to take greater responsibility for architecture, scalability, and leadership. Opportunity to be both hands-on and guiding while building smart, connected systems where cloud meets hardware.
Main requirements:
  • Deep experience with .NET (C#) and container-based environments using Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture, and cloud-native principles
  • Experience with real-time data, streaming data, and event-driven solutions such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Ability to translate technical challenges into concrete action plans
  • Desire and capability to coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Balance short-term deliveries with long-term technical health
Responsibilities:
  • Drive architecture forward and improve code quality
  • Coach and mentor other developers
  • Work closely with CTO and product owners from requirements and design to implementation, code reviews, and delivery
  • Set standards for building robust, scalable, and real-time ready distributed systems
  • Lead technical discussions, evaluate new tools and design patterns
  • Contribute to planning with product and stakeholders
