Experienced Senior Windows Technician role delivering high-quality IT operations and support for customers in Stockholm and Eskilstuna. Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades in Windows environments, with emphasis on customer service and problem solving.
Main requirements:
  • 5+ years experience with advanced Windows environments
  • Proficiency with Windows Server 2016 and newer, Windows 10 and newer
  • Experience with GPO, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Certificate Authorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
  • Experience with VMware (esxi, vSphere, vCenter)
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • Experience with Windows Defender
  • Basic understanding of networking, monitoring, and backup
  • Knowledge of scripting, certificate, and log management
  • Familiarity with Docker, Linux
  • Experience with Citrix, HP Device Manager, Splunk, WithSecure, Safend
  • Interest in hardware, hardening, and cryptography
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Strong collaboration skills and customer focus
  • Security clearance eligibility according to current regulations, Swedish citizenship may be required
Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage support tasks including user support, technical support, system maintenance, and upgrades
  • Identify customer and internal needs and areas for improvement
  • Monitor IT system health and performance
  • Ensure optimal operation of servers, networks, and workstations
  • Perform patching, updates, and security management
  • Conduct backups and restore systems during incidents
  • Implement and follow IT security procedures and policies
  • Document recurring issues and drive improvement initiatives
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical problems without team support
  • Support colleagues actively and contribute to team knowledge sharing
