Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a senior UX designer
  • Experience in research and design of SaaS products and responsive web applications
  • Proficiency with Figma for concept development and flow visualization
  • Passion for customer insight and advocating user needs throughout development
  • Ability to analyze user data to identify trends and behaviors
  • Strong presentation and argumentation skills regarding design decisions
  • Creative, innovative, and action-oriented personality
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to create solutions that simplify and enhance the user experience
  • Conduct analysis and user research, manage the entire creative process from ideation to launch and follow-up
  • Collaborate with UX team members to ensure product consistency and optimize user experience
Required hard skills:

  • Design of responsive SaaS web applications
  • Proficiency in Figma
