Senior System Developer - Dynamics CRM Specialist

Seeking a senior developer to strengthen a team managing and further developing a Dynamics CRM solution. Remote work possible within Sweden, with occasional physical meetings in Malmö or Hässleholm. The CRM solution is central, including customer database, case management, and handling special cases. It's an on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM system supporting B2C and B2B sales, booking, and marketing via Click Dimensions, with many customized but supported extensions and extensive integrations with internal and external systems. The team follows agile SCRUM methodology with a culture of knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate has over 7 years experience in advanced MS Dynamics CRM development within B2C, troubleshooting, API management, and has participated in multiple large CRM projects.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 7 years advanced development experience in MS Dynamics CRM within B2C.
- Experience troubleshooting MS Dynamics CRM and related integrations/APIs.
- At least 7 years experience developing and maintaining API solutions connected to MS Dynamics CRM.
- Participation in at least three major CRM projects within B2C.
- Documented experience in configuration and management of Dynamics CRM in both B2C and B2B.
- Several years experience with Dynamics CRM on-premise installations.
- Experience with agile working methods and Azure DevOps tool.
- Experience with customer systems and case solutions in public or municipal sectors is a plus.
- Experience with case management systems in public or municipal sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and further develop on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution central to client operations.
- Work with complex integrations involving web solutions, customer portals, ticketing systems, analytics platforms, registry services, communication services, and automated data capture.
- Contribute to development of new case management system for special case types within existing CRM.
- Collaborate in a multi-vendor consultant team combining roles based on expertise.
- Operate within an agile SCRUM framework and help promote team knowledge sharing.
