Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in system development, computer science, or equivalent work experience
  • Certification as Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
  • Experience leading development initiatives and mentoring other developers
  • Several years of experience developing solutions in Pega as SSA or equivalent
  • Experience with system integrations and deployment processes in Pega environment
  • Experience working in agile methods such as SAFe or Scrum
Responsibilities:
  • Create cohesion and a shared direction in the team by coordinating perspectives and focusing on the big picture
  • Design and implement Pega solutions in collaboration with other senior developers and architects
  • Contribute solution proposals focusing on scalability, reusability, and system integration
  • Participate in concept development and end-user testing as part of an iterative process
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, testers, requirements analysts, and business units within development trains
