We are seeking a highly driven technician for a role at a client in Stockholm to influence the client's continued growth with a creative and positive work climate. This position starts as a consultancy assignment with Centric but is intended to transition to permanent employment at the client. The role involves working as a Senior Service Desk Agent providing IT support and operations, handling both 1st and 2nd line support across a broad IT environment with high security requirements. Responsibilities include password resets, hardware and software support, client and application support, server troubleshooting and administration, and coordinating with third-party suppliers. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar IT support roles
  • Strong business approach and relationship building skills
  • Excellent advisory and support skills

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good analytical skills and quality awareness
  • Ability to learn new IT-related processes quickly
Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support covering password resets, hardware/software support, client and application issues
  • Troubleshoot and administer servers
  • Coordinate and communicate with third-party vendors
  • Proactively work to ensure high availability and improve the client's IT environment
  • Maintain documentation and follow issue management processes
