Join Veritaz AB as a Senior Scrum Master leading distributed software engineering teams using Agile and SAFe methodologies. Facilitate collaboration between teams in Sweden and Germany to drive program execution and continuous improvement.
Main requirements:
  • Proven Scrum Master experience in software engineering, preferably with big data, complex systems, or industrial domains
  • Ability to manage and support distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for planning and tracking
  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness and ability to travel between Sickla, Sweden and Bretten, Germany
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Scrum Master for a distributed software engineering team
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure efficient team collaboration
  • Coordinate and align work between team members in Germany and Sweden
  • Support program execution within SAFe framework managing Program Increments and sprints
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for team planning, backlog management, and progress tracking
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, open communication, and strong collaboration
  • Potentially contribute to development or testing depending on technical expertise
