Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects for aftertreatment system installations within an automotive R&D environment, collaborating with lean agile mechanical engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project manager within automotive R&D environments
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with client's R&D processes
  • Strong leadership skills managing technical teams
  • Background in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline
  • Familiarity with aftertreatment systems and vehicle platform integration
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in agile or lean organizations with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on aftertreatment system installation
