Join Veritaz AB as a Senior Project Planner, responsible for developing and maintaining project plans for complex engineering projects, ensuring realistic schedules, managing commissioning and start-up activities, and guiding junior colleagues.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy
  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Extensive experience using Primavera P6
  • At least 5 years proven project planning experience, preferably in engineering or energy sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience managing commissioning and start-up schedules
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior colleagues
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports for complex engineering projects
  • Propose and implement corrective actions for deviations from plans
  • Lead pre-planning activities including scope analysis, work breakdown structures, quality requirements, financial and contractual obligations, responsibility division
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure feasible project plans and assess contractors’ progress
  • Manage scheduling for commissioning and start-up activities
  • Support project control team in developing and monitoring project performance indexes
  • Lead high-complexity projects independently and provide guidance to junior colleagues
