The role involves leading and coordinating the development of educational materials consisting primarily of digital workbooks describing exercises within the training domain using training patients. The project includes creating instructions for system activities and team case exercises for group training. The position supports Region Skåne's implementation of a digital healthcare system with Oracle Health, replacing several applications supporting healthcare activities. The Senior Project Manager will analyze and improve educational materials, plan actions, and lead their execution within the Training subproject.
Main requirements:
- Experience in developing educational materials for system solutions
- Experience in pedagogy
- Experience working with test domains and test patients
- Experience working in large projects coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Understanding of the SDV system workflows and ability to create pedagogical training materials
- Preferably experience with the Millennium system
Responsibilities:
- Identify improvements in existing training materials with project team members
- Document and communicate methodologies and processes for developing training materials
- Plan and drive the production and refinement of training materials
- Contribute to analysis on how system changes/new features affect training materials
