An experienced and structured project manager is sought for an assignment within e-health and primary care, aiming to strengthen the integration between telephone-based healthcare advice and physical healthcare facilities. The project aims to improve coordination between health centers, evening and weekend clinics, and the 1177 phone service — an important step in developing more accessible and integrated local healthcare.
Main requirements:
  • Documented experience leading projects in similar environments, preferably within regional or public sector operations.
  • Previous assignments connected to healthcare, digitalization, or system integration within healthcare processes.
  • Technical insight and the ability to understand IT-related issues connected to healthcare workflows.
  • Self-driven, structured, and delivery reliable with proactive work approach and clear communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills across various organizational roles, creating understanding between technical and operational areas.

  • Navigate a complex organization and communicate effectively with both technical and operational stakeholders.
