Lantmäteriet, the Swedish mapping authority, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive projects within the agency's development and management portfolio. The role involves overseeing project delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters, working closely with business and delivery teams using agile methods, and contributing to professional and leadership development within the function.
Main requirements:
- Solid experience as a project manager using established project models
- Experience leading business and IT projects, especially system development projects
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Proficient in Swedish language, both written and spoken
- Swedish citizenship and ability to pass security clearance
Responsibilities:
- Lead and plan projects within scope, time, cost, and quality
- Oversee delivery according to approved plans
- Remove obstacles and support team growth in an agile environment
- Coach, encourage and inspire teams to deliver value aligned with business needs
- Build a trustful organisation with transparency at all levels
- Collaborate closely with business and delivery teams using agile methodologies
- Report to functional manager and actively contribute to professional and leadership development
Required hard skills:

- Experience in IT and business project delivery
- Strong IT knowledge
- Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
