Join Veritaz AB as a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce Payments. You'll work closely with product teams to define requirements, deliver configurations, and implement payment solutions including third-party integrations while supporting testing and deployment.
Main requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce modules with in-depth functional knowledge
  • Strong experience configuring payment methods including tender types and omni-channel payment flows
  • Expertise with third-party payment integrations such as Adyen and PayPal, including tokenization and PCI compliance
  • Understanding of Call Center channel setup and role-based access for payment management
  • Experience defining and reviewing complex functional designs and documentation
  • Familiarity with scheduling jobs related to payment data synchronization
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team mentality
Responsibilities:
  • Define and enrich product backlog with user stories and business requirements collaboratively
  • Participate in sprint planning, product demos, and solution reviews
  • Support team delivery of standard configuration-based solutions aligned with business needs
  • Write functional design documents for customizations and reports in Dynamics 365
  • Ensure comprehensive design documentation and test scenarios
  • Review designs, data mappings, and integration specifications from team members
  • Provide expert functional guidance and troubleshooting during build and implementation
  • Collaborate tightly with technical consultants to translate functional to technical requirements
  • Support acceptance testing ensuring all criteria are met
  • Configure payment methods and operation mappings across POS, Call Center, and E-commerce channels
  • Implement integrations with third-party payment connectors including Adyen and PayPal
  • Manage unified commerce payment flows, refunds, and omni-channel payment validations
  • Configure scheduler jobs (e.g., 1070, 1110) to sync payment data
  • Test complex cross-channel scenarios including gift cards, loyalty points, and multi-channel orders
  • Maintain current knowledge of Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce features and industry best practices
  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and delivery of product goals
