Senior Management Consultant - EdTech

We are seeking a management consultant with a focus on EdTech for an assignment at Trafikverket, based in Ängelholm. This is a part-time consulting assignment (50%) requiring close collaboration with the client, demanding flexibility and teamwork skills.
Main requirements:
  • At least 10 years experience in developing and optimizing organizations for production and management of educational content.
  • At least 10 years of strategic work experience in education (training, learning, pedagogy), EdTech standards, digitalization focusing on education content production and management.
  • Deep expertise in modular and object-based learning and microlearning, especially for certification education.
  • Documented experience developing educational training solutions based on regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • At least 10 years experience identifying needs, establishing, implementing and following up methods, processes, tools, and governance documents related to education in large educational organizations.
  • Experience working with certification education in government agencies with their own school operations.
  • Experienced project leader for education projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects related to education strategy and digitalization.
  • Conduct feasibility studies.
  • Act as a specialist to lead, support and advise on education governance, process development, pedagogy, digitalization with a focus on education content production and management, migration and quality enhancement, modular and object-based learning, and implementation of new learning platforms.
Required hard skills:
  • Project leadership in education.
  • Expertise in education and training processes and pedagogy.
  • Knowledge of EdTech standards and digitalization focused on educational content production and management.
  • Experience with LMS, LCMS, EPSS, authoring tools.
  • Experience migrating and improving large volumes of educational material.
  • Development of modular, object-based, and microlearning approaches.
  • Strategic advisory skills for education organizations in both public and private sectors.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Change management experience in public and private sectors.
  • Experience working with security-classified or partially security-classified government agencies.
