Senior IT Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT support technician for a consulting assignment in the Järfälla/Solna area. The role involves ensuring an effective and stable IT environment onsite, including support for end-users and shared spaces such as conference rooms. The position requires a service mindset to improve daily work for colleagues and is a full-time role requiring physical presence at the office.
Main requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in IT support or similar roles
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and support users when remote control is insufficient
- Knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Experience with installation and delivery of computers, phones, and client-side IT hardware
- Ability to perform systematic troubleshooting
- Experience documenting cases in knowledge databases and ticketing systems
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid B driving license
- Understanding of support for printers and conference rooms
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support to end users and shared office areas
- Handle questions, incidents, and service requests from the organization
- Prepare computers and install programs and accessories
- Maintain and update knowledge database
- Provide users with instructions and guides related to business and IT
