  • Ability to combine operational consulting work with business development
  • Desire to influence and create new initiatives
  • Residence or connection to Östersund region or willingness to relocate
Responsibilities:
  • Work as a consultant with clients using expertise area
  • Establish and shape the local service offering
  • Create and develop customer relationships
  • Recruit new consultants and build the team
  • Act as a local leader and culture bearer
  • Work closely with management and influence regional strategy
