Senior Embedded Software Developer for the Defense Industry

We are currently seeking several experienced Embedded Software Developers to develop hardware-near software solutions for customers in the defense industry. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in hardware-near software development in complex systems, preferably with experience in defense, telecommunications, or automotive industries.
Main requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in hardware-near software development, including FPGA, VHDL, C/C++
  • Experience with requirements engineering and decomposition at system and architecture level
  • Experience in software testing
  • Ability to pass a security clearance according to current security protection regulations (Swedish citizenship required if security classification applies)
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with customers primarily in the defense industry and other leading sectors
  • Contribute knowledge and support to fellow developers at the office and to customers
  • Develop hardware-near software solutions for complex technical systems with many components
  • Work on diverse projects ranging from user interfaces to complex embedded systems
