Senior Active Directory (AD) Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Active Directory (AD) Specialist for a global company located in Södertälje, Stockholm. The position starts in June with a 2-year contract initially and possible extension afterward. The role focuses on running, maintaining, growing, and transforming initiatives to strengthen the on-premises Active Directory (ADDS) team.
Main requirements:
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem) solutions
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining AD environments including domain controllers, replication, GPOs, and DNS
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
  • Good understanding of AD security including delegation, authentication (Kerberos/NTLM), and auditing
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with strong team performance
  • Ability to balance business needs with technical realities
  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Run and maintain Active Directory on-premises environments
  • Grow and transform initiatives to strengthen the AD on-prem team
