Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in networking, IT security, system administration or equivalent relevant work experience in IT operations
  • Experience in IT support or as operations technician
  • Experience with Linux and Windows environments, client management and networking knowledge including switching, routing and TCP/IP
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle a variety of customer and internal cases ranging from second line to more complex third line support
  • Work closely with system administrators, network, and support technicians to find the best solutions
  • Responsible for operation of internal IT and customer systems
  • Maintenance of Linux servers
