Main requirements:
- Post-secondary education in networking, IT security, system administration or equivalent relevant work experience in IT operations
- Experience in IT support or as operations technician
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments, client management and networking knowledge including switching, routing and TCP/IP
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of customer and internal cases ranging from second line to more complex third line support
- Work closely with system administrators, network, and support technicians to find the best solutions
- Responsible for operation of internal IT and customer systems
- Maintenance of Linux servers
