We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Malmö to support and enhance our digital transformation efforts. The Scrum Master will coach agile teams, ensure efficiency and continuous improvement, and serve as a key mediator between product owners, developers, and the business. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for agile methods in a dynamic environment.
Main requirements:
- Experience as a Scrum Master and agile team coach
- Knowledge and application of agile methods and routines
- Experience with requirements management
- Use of Jira or similar tools for user stories and backlog management
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant academic degree
- Proficient in Swedish and English
- Demonstrated experience with agile certifications such as Scrum Product Owner or SAFe
Responsibilities:
- Coach agile teams in agile working methods
- Ensure team efficiency and continuous development
- Motivate and guide team members
- Facilitate communication between product owners, developers, and business stakeholders
- Support digital transformation efforts and implement agile practices
