Lead the design and implementation of Order-to-Cash solutions in a global SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation to streamline sales and distribution processes, support omni-channel strategy, and drive business value at Husqvarna Group.
Main requirements:
  • 15+ years experience in SAP Sales & Distribution.
  • Experience delivering transformation programs across multiple geographies.
  • Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, including high-level design and detailed configuration.
  • Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including order management, pre-sales, fulfillment, ATP/AATP, billing, and master data.
  • Experience with tools like BPMN, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP analytics.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to engage business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving matrix environment with global teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex business needs into effective SAP OTC solutions.
  • Shape and drive the digital sales roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Ensure requirements and documentation support quality implementation.
  • Lead global stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Guide change and process harmonization worldwide.
  • Develop scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting pre-sales to billing and reporting.
  • Maintain alignment between SAP solutions and evolving business strategy.
  • Manage risk mitigation and contribute to strategic roadmap development.
