Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions within Sandvik's Mining business, overseeing application lifecycle and collaborating in a global team to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience as Salesforce Solution Lead or similar role
  • Extensive Salesforce architecture and CRM solutions expertise
  • Proficient with Salesforce platform, data systems, integration, and security
  • Project management background
  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor Salesforce development team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative mindset and passion for continuous improvement
  • Collaborative approach in diverse teams
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Salesforce applications design, platform lifecycle, and maintenance within Mining business
  • Lead Salesforce Application Architects and Development teams
  • Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans translating business requirements into functional solutions
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional agile teams
  • Drive project deliverables, lifecycle management, change requests and mini-projects
  • Recommend data-related tools, frameworks, and applications to extend platform capabilities
  • Monitor industry, vendor community, and technology trends for product roadmap input
  • Develop technical integration approaches, data flow and architectural diagrams, and best practice solution architectures
