Join Neo4j's Generative AI team to design and develop advanced AI and machine learning solutions focusing on natural language processing, entity extraction, and entity resolution, integrated with graph database technology.
Main requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in NLP, entity extraction, or entity resolution, including PhD work, applying research to practical systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with software development practices including version control and model deployment.
  • Familiarity with graph databases or knowledge graphs is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable AI systems for natural language processing, entity extraction, and resolution.
  • Conduct research to improve NLP and entity-centric algorithms and models.
  • Build and deploy AI solutions integrated with Neo4j’s graph database technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to incorporate research findings into customer-facing products.
  • Share expertise with colleagues to support team projects and goals.
Required hard skills:
  • PhD level knowledge in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or NLP.
  • Python programming.
  • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Software development skills including version control and deployment.
Recommended hard skills:
