Requirements Manager

We are looking for a driven and meticulous requirements manager for a long-term consulting assignment with a leading player in the defense and aviation industry. The role involves a central function in requirements management and verification reporting – both internally and towards customers and the military aviation inspection.
Main requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Clear communication skills in both oral and written forms
  • Ability to create structure and be flexible with changing conditions
  • Good collaboration skills to build strong internal and external relationships
Responsibilities:
  • Requirements management in a database environment
  • Creation and updating of requirements specifications
  • Handling verification information for product, airworthiness, and contract requirements
  • Development of methods for internal and external verification reporting
  • Support to the organization in requirements-related questions
  • Communication with customers and authorities
  • Contribute to method development within requirements management and compliance
  • Actively participate in creating a positive and supportive work climate in the group
Required hard skills:
  • Requirements management databases (e.g., IBM DOORS or similar)
  • Knowledge of verification reporting processes
