Requirements Analyst with focus on Pega (Pega Business Architect)

Role focused on requirements analysis with specialization in Pega (also called Pega Business Architect) for a time-critical and significant project. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, solution architects, and development teams to develop, refine, and evaluate business requirements and translate them into functional and effective solutions on the Pega platform.
Main requirements:
  • Level 4 competence (9–12 years experience)
  • Minimum 5 years documented experience as requirements analyst, including at least 3 years in large and complex organizations
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing requirements in distributed system environments
  • At least 1 year experience combining traditional project methods with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in time-critical projects
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with Pega, including at least 1 year as Business Architect
  • At least 3 years experience working with reusable Pega components
  • Minimum 6 months practical experience with Pega AppStudio
  • At least one assignment completed in the public sector within the last 3 years
  • At least 6 years total experience as a requirements analyst
  • Very good command of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, solution architects, and development teams to develop, refine, and evaluate business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional and effective Pega platform solutions
  • Ensure solutions support business needs, follow established guidelines and principles, enable reuse, scalability, and smooth process flows with high usability
  • Operate within a combination of traditional project methods and agile processes to deliver quality results on schedule
