Professional Galaxy is seeking an experienced senior Requirements Analyst/Product Manager with deep knowledge in the insurance field, documented experience in leading agile requirements work, and experience with Lumera. The client is in the middle of the Lumera implementation and needs reinforcement to ensure a successful implementation.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience in requirements work both agile and traditional
  • Deep knowledge of Capital Insurance and/or Depot Insurance
  • Experience with Lumera, preferably Lumera migration
  • Insurance expertise in other product groups within pension and life insurance
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Experience leading tasks such as requirements and investigations
  • Agile requirements management and system analysis
  • Proficient with Jira and Confluence
  • Structured, proactive and responsible approach
  • Ability to build relationships and improve working methods
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
  • Drive requirements work as Product Manager primarily within Lumera implementation, focusing on capital and depot insurance
  • Clarify requirements that meet the needs of legal, product and distribution
  • Minimize client-specific customizations in the purchased standard system
