Project Manager with focus on management governance and product ownership, responsible for actively leading activities to ensure effective progress for some of the company's most central applications within a tightly knit team undergoing significant growth and transition to the SAFe agile framework.
Main requirements:
- Experience working in an outsourced environment
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change processes according to ITIL
- Knowledge of the PM3 governance model
- Experience with agile methodologies and the SAFe framework
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production deliveries for management objects
- Ensure efficient handling of orders at an overall delivery level
- Participate in delivery planning activities
- Lead Product Management forums involving technical product owners
- Collaborate with other management leaders, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Responsible for reporting according to PM3 standards
Required hard skills:
- Experience in outsourced IT environments
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change processes
- Knowledge of PM3 management model
- Experience with agile processes and SAFe framework
- Fluency in Swedish and English
