Main requirements:
  • Experience leading or contributing significantly to projects, preferably as a project manager.
  • Educational background or experience in technology or IT.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and drive project activities forward.
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to build trust.
  • Curious mindset with willingness to ask questions and learn quickly.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and understanding of technical English.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate projects that Fibra's city network is responsible for.
  • Collaborate closely with technical specialists, operations teams, sales, and external partners.
  • Participate in the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and follow-up.
  • Develop new working methods, tools, and approaches.
Required hard skills:
