Project Manager for Training Material Development

Our client is seeking a project manager for their training team to lead and coordinate the development of training materials, primarily digital workbooks describing exercises in their training domain with training patients. The project also involves creating instructions describing activities in the system and team exercises performed in groups.
Main requirements:
  • Experience developing training materials for system solutions
  • Experience with pedagogy
  • Experience working with test domains and test patients
  • Experience working in large projects and coordinating between stakeholders
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Advantageous: experience with the Millennium system
Responsibilities:
  • Identify improvements for existing training materials in collaboration with project members
  • Document and communicate methodologies and processes for developing training materials
  • Plan and lead the development and refinement of training materials
  • Contribute to analysis of how changes or new functionalities affect training materials
