Lead and manage digital development projects to support strategic digitalization initiatives in a government agency focused on special education, collaborating closely with core operations, IT, and external suppliers to create accessible and innovative digital solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position, e.g., technology, systems science, digitalization, or business development
  • At least three years of experience managing digital development projects
  • At least three years of experience leading agile teams consisting of solution architects, designers, developers, and testers
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand user, business needs, and technical solutions
  • Documented experience working strategically and practically to develop business through digitalization
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish, including sign language
  • Good ability to explain technical possibilities and limitations
  • Good IT skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage one or more digital development projects as part of agency-wide strategic digitalization
  • Work closely with core operations, IT, and external suppliers
  • Plan, follow up, and secure progress in digital development assignments and projects
  • Drive project from initiation through directives creation, planning, requirement specification, procurement if needed, development, and implementation
  • Identify needs and opportunities, and inspire development of digital solutions in line with business development
  • Lead agile teams
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements
  • Participate in procurement processes
  • Lead meetings with suppliers to specify, estimate, discuss, order, and follow up development and solutions
  • Coordinate and plan alongside parallel projects
  • Report progress and results to steering groups and receiving units
  • Plan testing activities
  • Receive deliveries and ensure they meet expectations
  • Plan training and rollout and participate in change management
  • Prepare for handover to maintenance
