Lead and coordinate projects to strengthen and develop the business within the Business Support Unit, part of the Assistive Devices division under Psychiatry, habilitation, and assistive devices in Region Skåne. Manage implementation projects, business development, and process improvement with a strategic and operational approach, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education relevant to the position
  • Several years of experience in project management and method coordination
  • Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
  • Experienced in using IT systems and quickly understanding complex systems
  • Preferably experience with the Sesam business system
  • Merit if experienced in assistive device operations
  • Experience working process-based or with LEAN methods is beneficial
  • Experience from regional or politically governed organizations is an advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategically and operationally drive implementation projects and business development within the Assistive Devices division
  • Plan, lead, and follow up individual implementation projects
  • Drive method development in project management
  • Conduct investigations and reports for business-related assignments
  • Maintain and manage project handbook
  • Act as a support to the business in project management
  • Collaborate closely with unit managers, assortment and contract leaders, logisticians, business specialists, and controllers
