Project Manager CRM Implementation

We are looking for a Project Manager for a CRM implementation project at a government agency in Stockholm. This is a full-time consulting assignment involving close collaboration with the client, demanding great flexibility and teamwork.
Main requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience leading investigations in large organizations (>500 employees) within the last 9 years, involving structured work to map, analyze, and propose solutions in areas such as organizational development, process improvement, digitization, customer journeys, IT support, or strategic choices.
- At least 9 years experience in leadership roles (project manager, manager, or similar) and/or investigative roles.
- At least 1 assignment responsible for needs analysis and/or procurement of CRM or Marketing Automation systems in the public sector within the last 9 years.
- At least 1 assignment involving coordination of requirements and goals between two or more business functions (e.g., IT, communication) in a change initiative.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in collecting, analyzing, and using customer data or market insights to influence communication, product development, service offerings, or other business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal workgroup coordinating the CRM and marketing automation implementation with the product area Customer Support.
- Identify needs and capabilities required for CRM and marketing automation system implementation.
- Coordinate and define the work to create effective handling of the CUSTOMER concept within Stockholm public transport.

- Experience in multi-functional collaboration (e.g., IT and communication departments)

- At least 2 years experience specifically as a project manager
