Main requirements:
- Experience leading external customer projects, preferably in IT or system implementation.
- Experience in transport or logistics industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to lead implementation of business/IT systems.
- Comfortable working in agile methodologies and fast-paced environments.
- System thinking capability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Confident in driving, coordinating, and completing projects.
- Strong self-driven attitude and proactive approach.
- High grit to achieve goals even under imperfect conditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all phases from initiation to go-live.
- Understand customer needs and challenges.
- Lead project teams through implementation phases.
- Identify system development needs, write user stories, and test functionalities.
- Act as liaison between customers and development teams.
- Handle multiple parallel projects as workload grows.
- Travel to customers as needed to support implementations.
Required hard skills:
- Project management of customer projects, preferably in IT/system implementation.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics processes (preferred).
- Ability to write user stories and test system functionalities.
- Familiarity with agile work methodologies.
