The Project Coordinator supports the section chief with resource management, planning, and follow-up of production and projects within the telecom and IT domain of the Swedish Armed Forces. The role involves operational participation, development work, and representing the section in various forums.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience deemed equivalent by the Swedish Armed Forces
  • Proven experience in planning, leading, and following up complex organizational activities
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Possession of a B driver's license
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
  • Represent, plan, and develop production and operations within the section's responsibility
  • Plan and develop production activities
  • Follow up and ensure quality of production
  • Participate in section follow-up and forecasting activities
  • Participate in development, planning, and quality assurance efforts
  • Collaborate with affiliated units, customers, and total defense authorities
  • Collaborate with external customers and partners
