The Project Coordinator supports the section chief with resource management, planning, and follow-up of production and projects within the telecom and IT domain of the Swedish Armed Forces. The role involves operational participation, development work, and representing the section in various forums.
Main requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience deemed equivalent by the Swedish Armed Forces
- Proven experience in planning, leading, and following up complex organizational activities
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Possession of a B driver's license
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Represent, plan, and develop production and operations within the section's responsibility
- Plan and develop production activities
- Follow up and ensure quality of production
- Participate in section follow-up and forecasting activities
- Participate in development, planning, and quality assurance efforts
- Collaborate with affiliated units, customers, and total defense authorities
- Collaborate with external customers and partners
