As a Product Owner for Finance and Procurement at Infranord, you will lead and develop the management of Infranord's financial and procurement systems, ensuring efficient and strategic handling of these systems and processes. You will collaborate closely with the CFO, internal colleagues, and external suppliers, overseeing strategic planning, operational delivery, stakeholder management, supplier governance, SLA follow-up, budgeting, and financial tracking. The role includes involvement in incident and problem management and evaluating new solutions, proactively seeking opportunities for improvements through trend monitoring.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university education or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience as a product owner or system manager
  • Strong experience in supplier management and stakeholder engagement
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop management of Infranord's finance and procurement systems
  • Collaborate closely with CFO, internal teams, and external suppliers
  • Ensure strategic planning and operational follow-up of deliveries
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and supplier governance
  • Follow up on established SLAs and budgetary/financial tracking
  • Participate in incident and problem management processes
  • Review and assess new system solutions
  • Proactively identify new opportunities in functionality and technology through trend monitoring
