The Product Owner will scale the Digital People Experience portfolio focusing on a global people journey at Alfa Laval, managing digital workplace initiatives and collaborating across teams. This full-time role involves operational excellence, stakeholder management, prioritization, and agile leadership to drive innovation with smart office technologies.
Main requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in IT environment
  • Solid understanding of DevOps cycle and software operations
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Experience leading change management
  • Fluency in English
  • University bachelor's degree minimum; master's in computer science is a plus
  • Experience with digital office solutions and user personas
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders bridging business and technology
  • Work with Product Managers and Solution Architects to ensure operations and scale of growing solution portfolio
  • Manage and prioritize team backlog addressing priorities, dependencies, resource challenges
  • Lead and support an Agile development team of experts
  • Support, communicate, and maintain global guidelines
