As a Product Owner at Zendr, you act as the link between business needs and the development team's deliveries. You ensure we build the right things at the right time with the right impact. You will work closely with the CTO, stakeholders, and the development team, playing a crucial role in improving our product for customers and internal users.
Main requirements:
  • 5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar product-related role
  • Experience working closely with technical teams
  • Strong communication skills in both technical and business contexts
  • Ability to write clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Experience with tools like Jira or similar
  • Experience in stakeholder management
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product backlog – prioritize, clarify, and ensure the team understands the purpose
  • Be an expert in the domain – understand customers, users, and internal processes
  • Serve as the bridge between business and technology, anchoring the team's work in real needs
  • Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning with Engineering Manager and Tech Lead
  • Communicate clearly about progress, risks, and changes and keep stakeholders updated
  • Ensure dependencies with other teams are handled smoothly
