Manage customer relations, plan and execute complex customer projects for high-security biometric products, ensuring delivery on time and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum five years managing complex customer projects including requirements definition and contract fulfillment
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining deadlines and budgets
  • Strong understanding of technology and customer needs
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English and advanced Swedish (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer relations during execution phase and handle post-sales activities
  • Plan and execute customer projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project plans for comprehensive customer solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and engage in early project phases
  • Manage customer requirements ensuring alignment with delivered solutions
  • Optimize project deliverables, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage bid processes for new opportunities in European and global public procurement tenders
