Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair computers (PC/Mac)
- Install software, perform backups and system restores
- Diagnose hardware problems
- Engage in customer contact when needed (in store or service calls)
- Maintain order and organization in the workshop

- Operating system understanding (Windows and MacOS)
