As an Operations Technician at Humanit Stockholm AB, you will play a key role in managing and administering secure IT environments. Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience with IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and storage
  • Deep knowledge in network design, security, and virtualization technologies
  • Experience working according to the ITIL framework
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
  • Manage network, server, and storage environments
  • Automate and streamline operational processes
  • Implement and optimize IT security solutions
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and other departments to integrate IT infrastructure according to business needs
