Cubsec AB is seeking an Operations Manager for their alarm central to contribute to the technological development and daily operations. This role involves ensuring high service levels internally and externally, providing technical support, and working closely with customer service and installers. Main requirements:
- Basic IT competence
- Experience with remote access, networking, system administration
- Knowledge of alarm transmitters and receivers
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customer service employees
- Participate actively in developing alarm central routines and technology
- Work on connecting new alarm systems and receivers
- Participate in improvement work related to processes and operations
