A role focused on the management and development of the client's new document management system OpenText, acting as a central link between business super users and IT to ensure proper system usage.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience with OpenText xECM document management system
  • Understanding of OpenText xECM architecture and configuration
  • Knowledge of information management and classification processes
  • Strong self-driven initiative and ability to navigate complex environments
  • Ability to understand business operations and requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Central Super User, bridging IT and local Super Users/business units
  • Configure system elements such as Business Workspaces and Workflows
  • Develop and maintain training materials and portals
  • Conduct system training sessions
  • Handle incidents: create and resolve issues, manage change requests and enhancement demands
  • Perform testing of functionality and data migration
  • Participate in projects for new system instances
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate operationally with Technicians, Architects, Business Analysts, suppliers, and other key roles for system management and development
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving a modern document management system
  • Play a key role in global implementation efforts
