Onsite Technician

We are seeking a driven and service-oriented onsite technician for a customer in Gothenburg who enjoys working closely with users and technical solutions to deliver IT support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or as an onsite technician
  • Good troubleshooting and support skills for Windows and macOS
  • Experience with Office 365 and ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of networking and printer configurations
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT support and ensure smooth IT environment operation
  • Troubleshoot, install, and maintain workplace equipment
  • Administer hardware and software including OS and business applications
  • Handle and document support tickets efficiently
  • Provide professional and pedagogical onsite user support
  • Collaborate with other IT functions for complex issues
  • Contribute to a positive and stable IT environment
