We are looking for an all-around Onsite Technician with a strong focus on hardware to provide exceptional IT support on-site. The role involves troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, and collaboration with global and local teams to improve customer outcomes.
Main requirements:
  • At least 1 year of IT support experience, preferably in an on-site role.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to independently handle and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Curiosity and a service-minded attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support for various devices, systems, and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure PC/client hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with global Service Desk and other teams for case and problem resolution.
  • Participate in small local projects.
Required hard skills:
  • IT hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Installation and configuration of PC/client hardware and software.
  • General IT support skills across multiple technologies.
