NXT Interim Göteborg is looking for a service-oriented Onsite Technician for one of its clients. The role involves ensuring an effective and stable IT environment at the workplace, supporting end users on-site, managing common areas like conference rooms, and providing a reliable IT environment with a service-minded approach to facilitate colleagues' daily work. This full-time position requires physical presence at the office in Gothenburg. The Onsite Support team provides service and information, handles inquiries, resolves incidents and service requests from the business, prepares computers, installs software and accessories for end users, maintains the knowledge database, and provides new instructions and guides for both the business and IT. The ideal candidate has relevant experience, strong technical interest, is customer-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and as a team player, has good communication skills, and can pass a security clearance according to security protection laws. Required: prior experience with similar tasks, a car driver's license (B), and fluency in Swedish and English.
