Main requirements:
  • Higher education in networking
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a network technician
  • Good knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet products
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Knowledge in routing, switching, network security, and firewalls
  • Experience with protocols and standards including TCP/IP, IPv6, IPSec, DMVPN, ADVPN, 802.1x, BGP
  • Ability to handle both technical solutions and customer relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, incident management, and implementation of network, communication, and security services
  • Work mainly with changes, fault remediation, and implementation projects for both customers and internal teams
  • Support customers technically and collaborate closely with customer-responsible teams
  • Develop technical knowledge in routing, switching, firewall filtering, port authentication (802.1x), VPN tunnels and clients, wireless networks, and WAN connections
Required hard skills:
  • Networking protocols: TCP/IP, IPv6
  • Routing protocols: BGP
  • Security protocols: IPSec, DMVPN, ADVPN
  • Port authentication: 802.1x
  • Experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies
Recommended hard skills:
  • Aruba networking experience
  • Certifications in Cisco and Fortinet
