Microsoft Specialist and System Administrator

We are looking for a Microsoft Specialist and System Administrator to build the future of IT with us at Stockholms Stadsmission. You will have full responsibility for our Microsoft environment, including Dynamics Sales, Dynamics Customer Insight, two Business Central installations, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure. This role is both operational and strategic, working closely with the business and external partners to drive development, requirements, and monitoring. You will be key in shaping our future technical platform and IT organization.
Main requirements:
  • Solid experience with Microsoft's ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft 365, and Azure
  • Understanding of both technology and business value
  • Ability to specify requirements, coordinate, and evaluate efforts from external suppliers
  • Experience with technical configuration, system administration, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills to make complex topics understandable
  • Ambitious and resourceful with a drive to get things done even with limited resources
Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility as system administrator for the entire Microsoft environment
  • Specify requirements, coordinate, and follow up work with external partners
  • Independently perform technical configuration and further development
  • Capture needs from the business and translate them into effective solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation, license management, security, and integrations
  • Act as a technical advisor and proactively identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to building an effective, business-oriented, and future-proof IT organization
