Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to play a key role in a digital transformation. You will be part of a committed team focusing on innovation, collaboration, and user benefit – using M365 as a platform for the entire customer organization.
Main requirements:
  • 4+ years experience as a solutions architect within Microsoft 365 in larger organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Security & Compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience from client-facing environments is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement modern solutions in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and secure technical architectures.
  • Collaborate with business and IT to drive projects from strategy to execution.
  • Support user adoption, training initiatives, and change management.
  • Stay current regarding Microsoft's roadmap and industry best practices.
